Willie Stein 28? I doubt that although they have Dakari Johnson much better than the other two sites--hes easily late lottery. This is a unique year because IMHO you have multiple quality bigs with lottery type talent.

Here s the X factor--the way Id play the draft. At the bottom line some of what I believe is lottery talent big men WILL fall. Some teams have needs elsewhere--whether its PG SG etc.. whatever. To ME Im not sure about others--this is a draft where we "could" come away with TWO impact bigs--the hardest asset in the book to grab if we use our 2018 to swap outwith someone not looking to draft this year. This essentially is drafting ahead--taking the 2017 draft asset and applying it to this draft there by accelerating the performance of the asset.

It's really tough to judge bigs now a days. In the past the bigs were more polished and had the 3-4 year of college ball. Now it's a crap shoot if you looked at Hasan Whiteside's college numbers you would immediately think it would translate to the NBA and he would be big time. It really has become difficult to judge big man talent. Just look at Thabeet no where to be found but dominated college ball. I like Ok4 out of all these prospects because he is showing post moves and balance, footwork. He is showing skillset. I'm not seeing that from of the other prospects. The best competition for Kentucky players might be their own practice, in games you have 7' playing against 6'8 players. Right now I see one Duncan type player in OK4 and then a bunch of Tyson Chandler/DeAndre Jordan types which isn't bad. Hopefully they can become offensively better and be Cousins type.

Yeah I read that hes very strong in the weight room relative for his size--hes got very long arms which usually is not conducive to strength. Jimmer Freddette was a really good football player and so was Lebron--Im sure a lot of pro athletes are. It is starnge to see a 7 footer like that at WR--and he was really good. He mustve had many major college after him to play football.

holy crap that was insane. Looks ridiculous!

It does show what type of athlete he is. There are plenty of guys who would have no chance to play like that--even towering over everyone. He also looks like hes closer to 7-1 when you look at him compared to others and he has that tight quick jump.

Wow- he looks good! Still, we can't get too carried away with athleticism, we need skills! Hopefully we're spoilt for choice come draft day- he looks like he could be a special player.

Still haunted by that draft- hopefully we can get a pick high enough to get one of those three beasts! Couldn't take a repeat of the Hill fiasco!

Some observations:
1) neutral stance before going in either direction - can push off either leg
2) large hands/long arms allow him to disguise the dribble direction on the way down
3) "crouch" position maximizes torque and momentum for "first step" and helps balance and ball protection for oblique angle drives
4) good left handle, quick right and left crossovers and counter spin moves and
5) excellent finisher at the rim - knows where he is after contact.

I think if you get Mudiay, you've easily got a number 1 caliber pick. The last guard prospect I was as high on in recent years was Russell Westbrook.

And he's so stiff. The guys does not look like a natural athlete, although he looked better in some clips of him in high school. He's a good passer....I'm not sure if there is much else there. I could see him being a nice rotation player but if it's a star we are looking for, he most certainly will not be that.
