No need to trade for Monroe- because the Pistons only gave him the QO, he loses his bird rights upon being traded, so there isn't any incentive at all to trade for him (unless it's to take a closer look at him).
I'd risk trading for Stephenson, maybe- there is no magic FA this offseason thats realistic, so you may as well take on a cheapish risk- if we lost JR Smith in the deal, essentially we'd be picking him up at only $3mil extra a year cap wise. You ain't going to find a better player in FA for $3mil a year.
