It just reminds me of when Rambis tried to run the system in Mini, the roster was young and dumb.

Phil picked fisher because he's young, smart and has a excellent relationship with the players through out the league, they respect him, and he's a positive voice all the time. His problem is that he has no identity, so his team has no identity. His rotation is too deep at this point of the season.

My biggest question so far this season, Is phil sitting in on these practices and not saying a word?

Any system can work in the NBA. You just need to have the right talents to fit within it to make it a success. If Pau Gasol were to accept Phil's offer, we would have won a lot more games thus far. Losing is certainly NOT my first choice. I want to win pronto, but we can never be a winner with the players we current are giving heavy minutes to right now. I want to win 40 games and make it to the playoffs, but can you actually see Knicks winning with Carmelo, Shump, Smith, and stoudamire? That won't happen.

Nalod is one of the most astute posters on this forum. This is exactly right. Fisher will be legit, but he needs to go thru some learnin pains. Some fans are getting desperate, but there's no avoiding the process. I like what we got from Jax on down, as long as Jimmy Douche stays away.
