I rather they sit him for rest of the year or at least half the season.

I suffer from chronic back spasms every once in a while; I know what type of pain Carmelo is going through. Dude needs to get with a trainer and develop a good program to strengthen his core. I don't see him returning to the court any time soon. I say he will out for at least two weeks.

All of the traveling he is doing will not help either; Altitude will exacerbate the problem. He should have just returned to NY and recover at home, or better yet, go somewhere warm as in LA to chill for a week. The cold air in NY will not help either.

Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)
