Wear hasn't played much, so the other guys are not used to playing with him. But last night I noticed Wear is the only guy constantly looking for pockets in the defense and he'll dart over to it in case the man with the ball needs someone to pass to. Its not a small thing, because the Knicks have become legendary for standing around watching whomever has the ball. Under Woodson, they'd have a martini and smoke a cigarette once the ball was in Melo's hands.
