Fisher said Melo could've gotten more elsewhere but stayed not for the money but because he Wants to win here. Where was he getting more money?

He also made a woodson like comment. Right now only #7 is starting. Everyone knows that. Please don't pick and choose favorites like Woodson! It will only backfire again down the road. Treat every player as equals please!!!!

Other than that I like what they said.

He also talked to Kidd about going immediately from playing to coaching

Phil can bring the TV cameras and thus knick brand exposure. Flip side is anything than success will be painted as failure. Get used it.

I wouldn't worry about Fish being anything like Woody! He does have some tough decisions to make tho and no need to promise anyone a starting job. I'm sure he has some idea of who he thinks should start tho. He just doesn't want to lock himself into anything yet.
