Buffalo... their geographical rivalry with Toronto would be epic, and you also have the Lake Erie rivalry with the Cavs.

Vegas should never get a nba team....

after saying that they really need to just develop their USA basketball program and look into hosting all tournaments there in the summer....make it a nba headquarters...that to me is the best thing they could do with Vegas....they really don't need their own team.
