Can't stand the guy

+2 he's a smug prick. Nothing wrong with thinking it but saying it to the media was a total dick move. He's one of those guys who thinks they are always the smartest person in the room and is always sure to let everyone know....

It also transferred over to his team that's why they beat us in the playoffs. He's a good coach.

I would love Vogel to coach this team. I think the Knicks on the other hand need to get a guy here that will coach a style that fits his players with the ability to make adjustments. Woodson can't do that.

Vogel is smug but if he was our coach the Team would be a smug ******* just like him and we'd be 3rd best team in the conference.

1) vogel is successful because he gets his players to defend-- that has nothing to do with "fitting" to his players
2) jackson believes in system basketball therefore, again, there will be no "coaching a style that fits his players"

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

This is a bunch of bull****, and contradictory.

It states that Bird was not happy earlier in the season because Vogel wasn't hard on his team, or hard enough. He pulls a Van Gundy move and benches his starters and tells Hibbert to **** off in the second half, and is now in the hot seat for doing so? That makes no sense.

Smug, arrogant, prick, whatever...I'll take Vogel everyday and twice on Sunday. Guys like him and Jax are on the hot seat, Karl gets fired after winning 50 plus games and getting in the playoffs, but Woodson, whose team has lost more than 15 games with a margin of less than 5 points (seriously, if that doesn't show what a ****ty coach he is, I don't know what does. Watch the plays he runs out of time outs, pure comedy) got a free ride this year..unbelievable.
