That's a fair criticism. On a contending team, I think he'd always be motivated. On a .350 team, he sometimes acts like he feels (or realizes) the games are pointless.
I don't buy that excuse of being on a bad team so why put forth effort. There was enough time in the year when he came back that the Knicks didn't have to be a .350 team if he was more motivated. How about concentrating at the free throw line and stop throwing tantrums.

Also, if anyone have seen Love's comments on what Tyson said I doubt that you would think they are friends. Maybe he was kidding around when he said it but to read the quotes, they do not have a friendly tone.
Eh, it's not that important. He wasn't playing like a star but he was still putting up a good number of points and rebounds and the team was playing better with him on than off the court.
