Our chances are very slim, but the Isia factor is still in our favor. I am confident that if the opportunity presents Isia will pull the trigger.

Isiah got like ms cleo power now?

Teams like orlando that suck, and are willing to not panic or re-up the Star Phuck have assets to get better. They are eating Hills contract until it can be moved. They have a big pick and can use it for trade, or keep it.

Grass is always greener when we look at our team. We had 22 knicks last year, 2 coaches and many here want lenny gone, don't like Isiah, and want half the team traded. Again.

Isiah will try to do some things, and mostly his edge will be insane money he can take on. Its not some mystical edge he has.

The team we have is basically it, and our young'ins need to improve, our old dudes need to heal, and they need time together.

I can see Isiah and Steph sitting in front of the tube, drinking Yoohoo and watching hoop with Isiah brainwashing him with the "lesson".

Isiah has a desire to mentor young players, or those whom want to learn. Sometimes these guys mature off the court and it translates to a solid charactor on the court.

He can learn that Good players can do great things, but great players can't do great things, until it counts. By that, a killer crossover or an Oop in the first quarter is nice for the highlight reel, but its the final seconds that make you a winner, and the playoffs are what really counts. steph has his max deal, his shoe, now he need the serious bling, the big one!

I don't like the construction of this team, but it is what it is, and internal growth is what will make this a team, not another blockbuster after blocbuster.

I'd settle for another blockbuster.

Then you like getting star phuched. But can't you see?, it don't work.

You give up one thing to get a declining big name with a big contract.

good post fish. I agree, with the emergence of both frankie and sweetney, boy very young players the knicks can be a much improved team in that aspect, we have talent, it will take some work and time being together but we can improve from within..

don't forget DerMarr. I hope that guy gets resigned. he has some potential that is still there.

I agree..

Nalod: What makes you think that thomas wants a declining big name player? Look at the History of Thomas's trades, there is no history of him doing that...
