Seems Iso-Gay works? Iso-Joe is a clutch game finisher!

Sac has a pretty good roster. very young with talent.

Demanding management has to answer for this?

The big question is does Melo want max money and be the man in a Max city? Or take less, and be less to win WITH other players?

When I was a rec league star I often the best player on my team and thats how they build the teams in the league, if you got an AAA player, and were none left, a team could take two AA or three A players. The teams that went with two AA players usually did the best. I was young and it was fun to score 20+ and be the focal point of the offense. Eventually they changed the rules as we got older and got on a team with all my friends who could all ball. We decided we would sacrifice our games for the season and win. that was fun also.

Difference was nobody took a pay cut!

Or maybe Woodson can realize that Melos missed a good chunk of his last game winners and go with something different? I only suggest that because it seems like designing a play to get Melo open goes over his head.
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

The best closers usually hit about 30% of the shots, so when you go for plays there is incidents of deflections, steals, and busted plays. Lets just say it would be easier if there were more options on the court, or Melo went to the basket and tried to draw a foul. Win it on the line?

Most predictions for this team preseason was not that high. This was after two seasons where I thought Woodson did a great job. Thus I conclude Woodson is not the problem. Woodson is not a "great" coach, but not the reason for this years awful season.

My point is that once Woodson sees that Melo isn't hitting those shots (and there have been plenty instances where he can come to that conclusion), why not go with something else - even if that something else includes drawing up an actual play to get him a good look?
