![]() We first should FIRE Woodson ASAP with all the coaching staff, concentrating on collecting assets, freeing cap room, and developing players that could be with us beyond 2015
Hire a competent GM and COACHING STAFF that will start to implement much needed new direction Building FUNDAMENTALS on how to play DEFENSE Getting a PG like Pierre Jackson, however DO NOT SIGN HIM til after this summer, so he can be part of our possible future plans beyond 2015 Woodson played Bibby on his last days, not even giving minutes to PG Jeff Teague "I believe, we can still win the Atlantic, we just have to figure it out" I have heard the same crap over and over again as he continues to makes horrible rotations, lineups, and repeats continue to develop Tyler
If Thanasis Antetokounmpo goes undrafted, sign him with partial guarantee on a 2 year deal similar to how Tyler's original contract was structured especially with James Johnson, he could be a COMPLETE steal if he can develop a consistent shot We need SF's and not SG's playing SF
Coach Dave Hopla is considered by many to be the top shooter in the world. He regularly knocks down 495 out of 500 shots. Hopla regularly keeps track of all his shots when he practices and lectures. In 2004 he made 98.89%. In 2005 he shot 98.20% by making an unbelievable 35,332 out of 35,979 shots! During the summer of 2007 Dave attended 31 camps where he shot an unbelievable 99.19%! He knocked down 11,093 out of 11,183 shots. Hopla was 260 for 281 from the 3-point line for a percentage of 92.52%! On three occasions he was perfect from the field during his lecture. On June 25th at the University of Maryland he was 263 for 263. On July 28th at the CT Starters camp he was 339 for 339 (20 for 20 from the 3-point line). On August 2nd at UCLA he was 272 for 272 (also 20 for 20 from the 3-point line).
“I never miss an opportunity to work with Dave, he is the best in the business” “Dave has not only helped me with my shooting but he has helped me with my all around game” “Dave is not only the best shooter in the universe, he is also the best shooting coach” -Coach George Karl |
