I tend to agree on Bynum. Kind of a lose/lose with this guy, no? If we got him and say he managed to stay healthy & he put up decent numbers the rest of the way--off that, he'd want big money, money we don't have, money he shouldn't get. With his injury history and character issues, I don't know about any lengthy extension for this dude. That's a gamble. And then if he's not part of the future, what's the point? Sad but this guy's not what he once was -- are we championship caliber the moment he walks in the door? No. Plus he'll take time away from Aldrich and Tyler, 2 guys I feel we should be putting much more work into finding out more about. I'd pass. Plus, a move for a guy like this signals we're still going for it -- and what "it" means I don't even know anymore -- 35 wins and maybe the 8th seed? To get swept in the 1st round? Pass. Break it down and rebuild it the right way.
