JR Smith needs to man up, apologize, make changes, and then just move on
He clearly isn't the same player he was last season (physically or mentally)
I don't know how much is from his knee procedure and lack of speed/explosiveness/athleticism and/or pain, or if it just a lack of heart from a contract he can sleep on for another 2-3 years till he "regains" his focus
Physical talent can only take you so far and in a couple years, his physical decline will begin, and whether he can still be a NBA rotational player would all depend on his mental and off the court abilities (in training, film, IQ, and out smarting his opponents)
