Ok detroit gives up every draft pick they can until the zombie apocalypse. Does that make it better?
Basically you are trading Melo for Josh Smith. People complain about Melo, imagine if we had Josh Smith instead. The guy is such a team cancer. Admit it the trade idea sucked. If you are going to propose a trade at least be an adult when it gets criticised. If we are trading Melo it is to rebuild not make it worse. Similiar to trading Ewing. We didn't get anything for the future just brought back salary that screwed us for the future.
Or maybe we trade for all three and waive all of them outright, including Josh? Maybe that's the next move. Oh no, wait, every GM in the league wants Josh Smith for draft picks, right?
Anything to get rid of Melo. And JR.
Sheesh. This thread is dumber than a bag of hammers.
Be an adult about it? Damn man. Do you have to take it there?
It's not a bad idea. Trading Melo and jr for an All star cap relief and draft picks is a good trade. If you don't like it fine. It's an opinion.
Your trade idea still sucks and you can't read.
Let's break it down okay?
You're trading an all star and a SMOTY for an all star nobody wants and a pile of garbage. Melo and the playoffs go together, so what about whatever draft picks we get from Detroit? And we end up getting next to nothing for Josh Smith.
So essentially we trade Melo for cap space and low draft picks. jeez. I know that makes the tkf in you excited, but really?
Give me Andrew Bynum and cash for $500, Alex.
