i actually felt bad for him.. but that play was a dumb, dumb move.. no excuse whatsoever.. He epitomizes a lot what is wrong with this team tho.. not all, but a lot..
Really? I get that that was a horrible play but I think he has played well as a Knick. I don't see him as 'epitomizing what is wrong with this team'. I am not sure why anyone would say that about him. I would put Bargs play in with the positives so far this season.
Just imagine if we had a legit PG and we didn't rely on JR so much at SG? To me a HUGE part of the problem will be solved when we address those 2 issues. JR doesn't deserve the minutes he's getting. Even with his mistakes THJ has earned more minutes at SG IMO. Bargs is a flawed player but overall he's been good for this team. Woody brought Bargs off the bench and it didn't seem to bother his game. I don't see Bargs as a problem for this team.
and you know what, when I said this team needed a PG and a big man who plays in the paint, yet what did we see posted? you tube videos extolling the virtues of bargnani and how he was going to pull big men out of the paint.... That hasn't been the case, we got worse with bargnani on this team.. he is a low impact player.. he could score 100 points and i think the knicks would still lose as this guy is pretty BLAH as a ball player...
