What did everyone feel and think about the rookie years of .....
Iman Shumpert
Fields
MosGoV
Jordan Hill
Gallo
Wilson Chandler
Nate Robinson
TD
Channing Frye
Trevor Ariza
and
then their 2nd/3rd years, and eventually now vs their potential you originally thought for them?
Judging from our recent/past history, we should not get too excited about, any rookie here in NYK
Chances are, they will likely get traded or moved to another team
Players generally perform and DEVELOP their abilities/potential better than they do as a Knick
Learn from our history, don't get too excited for our young talent, especially when they are ROLE PLAYERS
The biggest heart break is that we always MOVE THEM with little in return for them, USUALLY SELLING AT THEIR LOW if not ALWAYS while OVERPAYING for some crap player
While the picks we usually give up, tend to become either good, solid, or great players (or players picked after)
In other words, WE NEED stability where it counts most, our management and president, with a coach, development coaches to value our youth
Most importantly, where they can work TOGETHER with a plan, without being undermined by what MR. Dolan thinks he and his friend knows about BBALL and players
Dolan stay away and hire people that can do the job right and allow them to do their job because you and your buddy Isiah continue to make a mess after mess that is costing us and cost us 20years of doom, when is it enough to admit you have NO CLUE about how to run a Sport's Organization or a business, YOU ARE NOT MARK CUBAN....
