These teams got better and so did the Knicks. No more Kidd 39, KT 40, Camby 38 and Sheed 38!!! They gave that a shot and it didn't work. Those guys couldn't help us for an entire season. Now this team has replaced those guys with younger and more capable players. Why we should just accept that these improvements won't mean anything but other teams improvements will is absurd.
they had some things go their way last season, we did, like hurricane sandy and the season opener, gave us a nice boost and a little leg up, we made the best of the situation and i think hurricane sandy ALONE is worth 5 wins for us last season, that puts you at 49 without the storm,
5 wins huh? GTFOH!
The Bulls were 45 wins without Rose and 50 wins with him the year before. There's no guarantee that they will end up with a better record than the Knicks. No one has even seen Rose play a minute since the surgery and much less an entire NBA season!!!
Who knows how long it will take for the Nets to get their chemistry together. It doesn't always work right from the start. Also how will they actually hold up over a full season and playoffs? No one really knows but they are willing to give them all the credit.
We have to see the Pacers actually keep their intensity up for a full season, which they've never been able to do. Who knows what they'll get from Granger? He hasn't exactly been Lebron when healthy either. From my view too many people are giving these teams too much credit.
