I suppose. I don't really hate the Boston Celtics or hate Paul Pierce, so I guess I'm not in the same boat.

Kidd used the hunger for star power of Dolan (that's Nalod spelled backwards) for a big payday for an aging player, then he found out how bad the Rich Russian owner wanted to win over the city and beat the knicks(just like he did himself while playing for the Nets) so he bought in and signed with the cross rival across the bridge.

Playa2 (thats encrypted secret code for confused conspiracy junkie), you seem to be either have facts or your opinion.

Which is it? Dolan (thats forwards for Nalod) gave him a 3 year contract which was what it took to get him from dallas.

He started the season great but could not hold up over a season.

He will go into the HOF as a player in a Mav's uni. His comments about Marbury and the Knicks back in the day were spot on.

Lets be real clear, he got a head coaching gig which he wanted and had to prove in the interview process worthy. A head coaching job with a team that is at the very worst a playoff team is a great gig to have as a retired player, even a HOF like Kidd!!!! I would think (see how I blend in that his is my opinion)he would have taken other gigs if offered it. Getting a roster like Nets have is too good an opportunity to pass up. He is a bit charismatic to promote the team, has great name recognition among fans, especially knick fans, and the respect of his peers. It remains to be seen if he can do it but he will be surrounded by top assistants including Frank, who is took the money as the highest paid assistant in the game to be top assistant. Knicks will miss his presence on and off the court.
