New team, new teammates, want to see effort on the floor more than anything else at this point, and they're giving it so far. I think its a good idea to have Prigs in early to try to get everyone on the same page.

For those of us who cannot watch the game, would anyone care to post some more crisp narratives of how the individual players/ combinations seem to be working. The score is irrelevant.

Pre season is a learning lab for the players and coaches.

Are any of the new yoots getting burn?

How is the ball movement?

are plays being executed?

what about defensive switches?

help me out here

Scroll about halfway down the page, three links to watch the game. Watching on cable so I don't know if it works.

Melo and Shumpert(4-4, 3-3 on threes) in mid season form pretty much. Prigioni and Felton backcourt carried over from last year seems as effective.

Aldrich, THJR had cameo minutes, nothing crazy.

New faces on the team, so continuity and spacing was iffy with Bargs, MWP, Beno, etc.

Nice backdoor cut play with Melo feeding Ray for a layup.

Same switching philosophy as last year so far. Rebounding and boxing out a concern.

Overall your typical first preseason game, more about feeling each other out, than the opponent.

You forgot Shump giving us all a heart attack with that slip
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

That's one of the great things about Bargs game. That pump fake and drive is nuts.

what scares me is what djsu said. Basically, this guy will become a big liability on defense.
