Last season, he was no the same player as the # 1st year as a Knick, especially in the play offs
He loss a lot of weight/strength from the strep throat and Hibbert improved much in strength and endurance/stamina/ and post moves
But lets not forget in his 1st season, he shut down players like D12 and Hibbert by himself

Let's give Tyson Chandler some credit, in giving the attempt/work, hopefully he regains his combination of mobility/athleticism/length/ and size
He loss a lot of weight/strength from the strep throat and Hibbert improved much as well

Working with less weight/more reps, kick boxing, would improve his strength/conditioning/endurance/stamina, and NOT heavier weights because he needs mobility
Adding in flexibility/ balance/ foot work, hands for catching passes, hand/eye coordination, and taking contact to finish in the paint

He would have to also add a 12 foot shot when left open, hand/eye coordination and hands to work on catching passes and finishing with contact, and when the shot blocker comes up to defend him, it opens the lane up for cutters/spacing

It would be great if he could also work on a 2 step dribble to take it straight to the rim like Noah does in addition to 2 post moves to keep the opponents DEFENSE honest
A consistent hook shot, with a counter go with it *basically what Amare added in 2 weeks of training with Hakeem*

IF he does all of the above, it would allow him to NOT be a liability on the court and open up his game, causing a chain reaction for the rest of team
Through out his career, he was one of the more mobile 7 footers, with good athleticism, speed/quickness, to go with length/strength for 1v1 DEF and TEAM DEF
Mobility/athleticism/length to go with his size is what made Tyson Chandler one of the top defensive C's in his career, last season he was far from it
I am hopeful that he regains it despite this age/abuse in the league for a C *since coming out of HIGH SCHOOL playing 12 season already in the NBA*

He played great during the run with Lin, Lin' utilized Chandler with the PnR and made him a threat and one of the top options causing Chandler to play harder/more confident on both ends of the floor

We have not added a PF/C to team up with Chandler, the last one was Jeffries and they did very well together when he was teamed up with Jared Jeffries, because of JJ's mobility/IQ/effort and fit in with Tyson Chandler with the effort by the rest of the players on the team, playing as a TEAM on both ends of the floor

Lin
Iman Shumpert
Fields
JJ
Chandler

We were on of the TOP DEFENSIVE team's during that run while we played a 1 unit and unselfishly, with ball movement, picks on and off the ball, and helping each other out with TEAM DEFENSE

Since Jeffries is a UFA, I think it would make sense to add him to our roster with the defensive limitations of Bargnani/STAT
Also playing Kmart together to build chemistry instead of just throwing him in with Chandler in the play offs was needed
Obviously we cannot play the same ISO/SPREAD offense with these lineups/big's, something Woodson must realize and learn to change the philosophies on OFF and DEF with the rotations/strengths/weakness in his lineups

Woodson was not very creative and always believed in playing with one philosophy on both OFF and DEF, and it simply does not work to the strength of the team
He was just thinking of how it would allow Melo/JR would flourish in the spread and ISO OFFENSE
On DEF, we cannot constantly help each other, some players have the ability to help depending on the match up, and some can only help to a certain extent, but each player must #1 prioritize defending their man first and helping 2nd

Chuck Buck's low blows was very unnecessary, always bashing and not even giving constructive criticism
Acting "tough" behind a monitor and keyboard, he would NOT bash Chandler in his face
His tone on posts and confident remarks have not added up to his evaluation of talent, never giving opinions on how to improve and which players to add/trade for, before they actually perform well after they are made already

He often post's just to bash players, tick of posters, and bashing ex Knick's especially teams/players/coaches/Gm's that were once in NYK and were part of the trade for Melo and part of Donnie Walsh's time here in NYK

Donnie Walsh made many mistakes here in NYK but he was trying to collect assets and sign players to friendly contracts that would could be used for future assets, waiting patiently to sign a ALL STAR FA with patience and preserving cap space

Well, look at what Houston has done and Indiana as well, because that was exactly what DW was trying to do, but NYK is actually a large market for endorsements
As for Amare, he was intended to be signed to lure Lebron/Wade or/and future All STAR FA's with the big name
STAT was a monster prior to us signing him to that deal, was a legit MVP candidate, and Dantoni running him to the ground

NO, it hasn't worked out, but he also would not have traded for Melo and kept those assets that we could use in the future, with the cap space of Eddy Curry to sign FA's, and all the trades that we have made after trading for Melo by overpaying for talent, and would have continued to add assets to build a team to compete for the play offs and for the future

Most importantly, he would have used the amnesty provision on Billups, and we would have saved it for STAT
Had DW been able to do this job and was still GM in NYK today, we would have added Cp3, Harden, D12, Deron Williams, maybe even Rudy Gay, or a combination of these players in addition to some of the pieces/picks/players we have used since the trade for Melo
