Earl Barron (he'll take the vet minimum and he's a good, underrated player. Sometimes the answers are right under your nose the whole time)
Elton Brand (again, not over Brooks or Beaubois though. Charles Jenkins we should be able to get for less -- Brand for the rest of the mini-MLE AND Jenkins on a cheap deal would be two shrude moves to address two needs--the money may be there for both players in this combination)

There has not been much news about Jorts. Is he playing in the summer leagues?

He is not on the Summer League squad, but he is a lunch-pale hustle big that hits the 3 and is not easily intimated.
