Probably not but we honestly won't know for sure until the NBA officially announces the cap the luxury tax numbers for next season. You have to remember that we've basically confirmed that JR's being resigned for $5M, we're going to try and bring back Prigioni, Martin, and Copeland so they'll all have cap holds around $1M, and we'll have our 1st round pick to pay and that'll be another $1M+.

I think you are underestimating the importance of Jason Kidd. Without Jason Kidd I think this is barely a 40 win team.

Without Kidd we might not win 40 games? I don't care how much "veteran leadership" he brought to the team, after the first month and a half of the season he was a huge negative on the court. There's no way he was worth 15 wins.
