There are rumors that he has attitude problems and isn't well liked by teammates, which also fits into the Rondo comparison. Is definitely a project by many accounts and will need time.
Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right.
