the cavs have a bunch of SFs...i wouldnt add more...i think they actually have some talent, they just need better coaching...if you remember they often had BIG leads on teams (including our knicks and the heat) but blew them

If Im the cavs, Id invest in a PG since Kyrie is injury prone. Id also try and trade some of these picks for solid vets since the roster is too young. Copeland was a nice story but even though hes advanced in age, he was still a rookie and could go thru a soph slump once the league figures him out. If Im the Cavs GM, id see if i could get more than that. Im also 30mil UNDER the cap, so i can do better than copeland. good offer and its probably fair but id see what else is out there first

Is that deal, fair or/and reasonable though for both NYK and Cleveland
Just want your input since you are now thinking as a GM for Cleveland and a fan of NYK
Which ones are, which ones aren't?


1- Pick 24 for picks 31/33

2- Copeland, for pick 33

3- Pick 24, Copeland, for picks 31, 33, and future picks 1-2 2nd round picks


Again, I am trying to be as creative and realistic, finding ways for NYK to improve

i think its reasonable and fair but that doesnt mean Id jump on it. This draft is WEAK! so therefore i (cleveland) dont need anymore. The problem with the team is that its TOO young. Instead, I want to get vets with winning experience who could contribute. Cope is fair but "I" (Cleveland) could do better
Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

Wow weve done this for several years and the spots always go quick. We have a decent draft pick this yera and using a mock you kind of see the possibilities of what the Knicks and others might be able to get--and have some fun doing so.

Ned, Brigg's has OKC and he is going to likely draft Olynk's if he is available at 12

I honestly don't think you can get rid of Perkin's if you threw in a 1st rounder (unless it was Toronto's pick at 12)
I hope you were not trying to gain a 2nd round pick to get rid of Perkin's deal
Do you have interest in receiving STAT's contract to get rid of Perkin's?

I think that you can kind of see that you can get some really nice picks in round 2--there will even be good players who can make the nba that go undrafted. Its a somewhat under rated draft with good depth --you could feel comfortbale with two picks in the 50's that you will get something you like. Last year that was not the case.

are we suppose to try to pick the best players we think are available or try to predict who the REAL teams will pick?
