With that the team could have won.

Again the main reason the knicks lost was because they were awdul in Games 1 3 and 4.

Bull. I don't by the "fall on one's sword stuff". Its like tying a man's hand behind his back and then blame him for having a weak jab. That being said, we definitely had our faults and I think Indiana is the deeper team but this game was gift wrapped.

You are not wrong but the refs were not good all series. The definitely favored Indy's style. Ny could not play the same way. The constant barking at the refs ALL F#@#ing season may have something to with it.

And that's on top of the 33-17 disparity in the last game.seriously remember Ed Malloys name, he pulls this crap all the time- remember game 1 vs the Heat last year? That was him...

Irish, Is it possible for the Knicks to play poorly in game 1,3,and 4 and the refs officiated the game poorly???

The whole series except fo game 5 was reffed very poorly. Roy Hibbert and the rest of the Pacers were allowed to play very physical and we were not.

We still could have and should have won. Woody was slow to adjust his bad plans, and JR and Tyson and J. Kidd were no-shows.

Game 6 Iman scores 16 in a quarter and doesn't shoot again for the rest of the game. Part of that is the refs with the BS foul calls, the other part coaching.

All you have to do is look at the free throw disparity and fouls called disparity. We shot about 18 free throws and they shot 40. There is no ****ing way a team that physical pulls that off. Ultimately, the refeering improved in the 2nd half but that doesn't say much considering how abyssmal it was to start. I mean, they called two phantom fouls against Shumpert and Martin in the final minutes of the game, which NEVER get called. The league needs to investigate these guys because I'm sure there are a few Tim Donaghey's in the bunch.

Don't think the league wasn't in on it.

Exactly. League knows the ratings for the ECF will be much higher if the most populous city in the country isn't represented.

that's not the point, he's taking a not so subtle jab at what he views as your supposedly genetically predisposed perspective on the quality of officiating

Listen, I know the Knicks had their faults. I've even mentioned that the Pacers are the deeper team. But its ridiculous IMO to sit here and pretend like the refs did not have an overwhelming impact in the dictating who won the game, which wasn't based on merit.

That was one of the most biased officiating I have ever seen. I mean come on, why is no one mentioning the quick toss...I don't think I've ever seen an official toos a ball when no one is looking. I am so disappointed that Woodson didnt say anything. Fact of the matter is that there is no way 48-18 doesnt constitute biased officiating. This is disgusting!

No one said that the league is rigged and since I was the one to suggest foul play was at hand, I'm going to assume this sarcastic comment is directed at me. Re-read what I said. If you do, then you'll see that I think the refs were dirty and dirty **** happens even if guys at the top are not involved. My case and point was Tim Donaghey who was supposedly a lone wolf. So save the sarcastic remarks until you follow what is being said.
