Knicks are saying the right things after practice today and it sounds like Woodson may go back to starting Prigs. JR also sounds like he is ready for a bounce back game. Go Knicks!

Let's change the vibe a little bit on pics of women. Going with celebrity row. My version of the rally cap.

Woodson hinted that he might switch back to the normal/small/functional starting lineup with Pablo Prigioni playing two-guard instead of left bench:

"I’m contemplating doing that,’’ Woodson said after Wednesday’s quick practice in Tarrytown of going back to smallball with Anthony at the 3. "That lineup has been great for us for a couple of months. I went away from it last night to go big and a lot of that was based on guys not being in practice and not too sure about Iman. I didn’t want to bring him off and him being stiff. That lineup has been good and we might go right back to that lineup.’’

I thought so, just wasn't 100%, that melo sure is lucky...anyway

There have been 8 teams to come back from a 3-1 deficit to win a playoff series going into the 2012 season. The following teams are listed below. Teams in bold had home court advantage.

1968 - Boston Celtics over Philadelphia 76ers (Eastern Conference Finals)

1970 - Los Angeles Lakers over Phoenix Suns (Western Conference Finals)

1979 - Washington Bullets over San Antonio Spurs (Eastern Conference Finals)

1981 - Boston Celtics over Philadelphia 76ers (Eastern Conference Finals)

1995 - Houston Rockets over Phoenix Suns (Western Conference Semifinals)

1997 - Miami Heat over New York Knicks (Eastern Conference Semifinals)

2003 - Detroit Pistons over Orlando Magic (Eastern Conference First Round)

2006 - Phoenix Suns over Los Angeles Lakers (Western Conference First Round)

Only 3 of these teams went on to win the NBA Championship - 1995 Houston Rockets; 1981 Boston Celtics; 1968 Boston Celtics. Rockets defeated San Antonio Spurs 4-2 in the 1995 Western Conference Finals and defeated Orlando Magic 4-0 in the 1995 NBA Finals. Rockets did not have home court advantage in either series. Celtics defeated Houston Rockets 4-2 in the 1981 NBA Finals and defeated Los Angeles Lakers 4-2 in the 1968 NBA Finals. Celtics had home court advantage in both series.

I EXPECT OUR KNICKS TO BE ON THIS LIST

Knicks can get hot and win this series. While the Pacers defense deserves credit we have so many guy underperforming you just kinda feel like the flood gates are ready to open. I mean based on what the KNicks have shown any reasonable person would say they are cooked, but those who have watched this team all year know they can explode. I really think we need 20 minutes of Novak and 20 minutes of Prigo and 15 minutes of Copeland. Lets space the floor and play Knick basketball. You want to play the shooters tight? watch Melo devour you. You want to clog the middle? Novak, Cope, Prigo, Ray... its raining 3s you phucking daughter humping hicks.

Cmon boys... you can rally. Im done. Hopefully its a happy hello when I check in tomorrow. Go Knicks.

Man I would love to play Cope at the 5 early in the game. Go zone and play Cope not only for his shooting but Hibbert would have to come out of the lane and just have Felton attack David West in PnRs. Then if Hibbert shows Cope is open for the wing or corner 3. Indy is the type of team if you get up on they breakdown and would stop featuring Hibbert.

Game 6 doesn't matter at all. The only thing that matters is game 5. Win that by playing Knick basketball, THEN focus on game 6. JR needs to put the slump out of his memory. Play focused and use muscle memory. JR, YOU ARE A GREAT SHOOTER. Now just get her done.

Melo will do his part. The 3pt heavers will do theirs. But JR needs to lift this team by showing that slumps are nothing but mental garbage. clear it out and get a win tonight.

I definitely support this strategy... let Felton run the PnR with Shumpert

I agree with this. Its MDA basketball but it also got a Suns team a win from the NBA finals with no Amare and Boris Diaw playing center. Start Amare at the 5

We just need a spark of confidence to infect the team. One good thing to happen that gets this teams back to shooting with confidence. Most of the problems go away with the Knicks being able to stroke the ball. After years of taking crap from people on the forum about my obsession with offense and MDA and yadda yadda, perhaps now everyone that disagreed understands where I was coming from. You need to play good D, but you can't win without quality offense too. When you get in the playoffs you face the best defenses and that means your offense MUST be on point. Maybe the real Knicks come back tonight. LET'S GO!!!

The moment Jason Kidd hits a shot the heavens will open and the sun will appear.

Win game 5 and the pressure mounts on the young Pacers
