Actually nice role players and good chemistry wins championships...stars like bosh, ray allen, earl monroe, gary payton, mourning ect become role players in order to win rings..

Draft picks are the key and the reason why we havent won a playoff series in 13yrs. Its not rocket science. Just complete disregard for their lottery picks

We don't get lottery picks when we make the playoffs. You watch the Knicks and still don't understand you don't win a Championship that way. Last time the knicks won a Championship the players ages were:

Frazier 27 yrs old
Bill Bradley 29 yrs old
D. Debusschere32 yrs old
Earl Monroe 28 yrs old
Willis Reed 32 yrs old
Jerry Lucas 32 yrs old
Phil Jackson 27 yrs old
Dean Meminger 24 yrs Old
Dick Barnett 36 yrs old

Young guys can't handle it at MSG

This was my point , to play at MSG with the media circus and rabid fans, young players won't bode well.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Now with all the modern day technology and physical fitness of todays athlete with personal trainers and all, they can play much longer.
