Im not saying it's not a problem, but the kid is 26 living in NY as a rich bachelor.. I saw derek jeter in plenty of clubs during the playoffs in his earlier years.

JR is on a little high right now, from his last 6 wks of the season, and winning the 6th man award. He came out yesterday to that standing O and played so full of himself....He look like MARK SANCHEZ, talent and zero focus.

I guess his parents were right, people dislike J.R for other reasons.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

I don't dislike Smith. Nor do I care what LBJ or Jordan did. They are LBJ and Jordan... and Jeter for that matter. I'm still not a fan of them partying it up during the playoffs, but at least they are LBJ, Jeter and Jordan. Smith is a guy who just f'ed up his teams momentum with the elbow he threw. Then I said to a number of people during the game that it looks like he went out drinking the night before. Turns out I was right. He may be someone you like or dislike. I don't care how you feel about him. However, since that elbow he threw in game 3, he's acting like he's not taking this serious.

From being hungover when he has no BUSINESS being hungover, to constantly poking a stick at a caged tiger that is Jason Terry, to the elbow itself, to his piss poor performance on Wednesday in which he seemed like he refused to take a shot less than 16 feet away. Who knows how things would have changed if he even took the ball to the hole even JUST 2 or so more times.

It's just not appropriate now.

Spot on. When J.R helps us get a ring then he can party all he wants for all I care. Wheeled on to the floor hungover on a gurney for all I care.

I was so impressed with J.R's turnaround. It was a great story. He said he didn't care about getting the 6th man of the year award but it looks like J.R's resting on his laurels.

I could deal with him losing his cool and getting suspended, it happens. But everything that came after, no way. On top of that we find out he's partying, drinking in a club late into the night before a game that we most likely wouldn't be playing if he had kept his cool. Then the choke job. You can't make this stuff up.

Its going to take a lot for me to want him back next season. Fans embraced J.R like he had been a Knick for years, and he returns the favor by pulling this crap. Unreal.

JR is JR! He was far worst at one time, but I do think his timing for partying this past Tuesday is an absolutely poor choice if this is true.

What make it worse is that he was hanging out with two of the stupidest rappers I have ever heard. They are not worth me mentioning their names.
