This Just In

The New York knicks are learning to trust each other in playoff calibre basketball without over-reliance on Carmelo Anthony. Carmelo can shelve his three point shot and leave it to Pablo Prigioni.

Raymond Felton and Pablo Prigioni are playing with such purpose that the next round will be an opportunity to play better. I Man Shumpert is celebrationg his one year injury anniversary with new confidence. His defense makes us hard to contend with.

Who got next?

New York Stronger

Win game 6 on their court and earn some playoff cred.

- The Answer Man

"Ray had a great series"

- Jason Kidd

“It’s an incredible feeling . . . to play the whole series, without being hurt. It was a dream come true. I don’t know when it really clicked for me. I just have great teammates who were always telling me ‘as long as you’re ready for playoffs.’

- I Man Shumpert

"We can't play 'just give the ball to Melo and play iso' all the time, and everybody is just watching. We talked about moving the ball, to cut, to occupy good space, and I think we did much better in this game."

- Pablo Prigioni

"We did have a nice balance offensively. I'm proud of the New York Knick players and what they've done today."

- Coach Mike Woodson

I could tell NY won this game because twitter was dead all night
