Will the Hornets tank the last game, giving the Knicks the #6 seed and ticket to the dance with the Pistons in the 1st round?

I'd rather have us play the recovering Nets vs the hot and healthy Pistons team... but no matter what, if we truly deserve to be deep in the playoffs, we'll have to beat good teams to get there...

Exactly Techno, its not like we wont have to play Detroit if we end up getting out of the 1st round. It is inevitable.

I think Detroit is a beatable team, maybe the Knicks can't do it but Detroit is not the be all and end all of the eastern conference. People are just scared because Big Ben and Sheed - the rest of that team does not scare me.

I'd rather play Detroit after they are banged up in a series.
Not to be evil.. but imagine if Ben Wallace or Hamilton got injured in that first round.. they would become extremely beatable.

I say we tank the last game.
Although the Hornets can beat the Wizards they would be foolish to want to. The good thing about this is their game starts 30 minutes before ours. I hope it's close... and if they win.. Then I hope we run over the Cavs!
