Like Riley, Woodson made the mistake of thinking JR could shoot his way out of this one.

JR fcked up by getting suspended and not playing for 4-5 game days probably made him rusty. He started nailing 3's at the end but the damage was done.

Yes he did, should have been practicing instead of running his mouth. I also think JR folded under the pressure of having to back up all that bluster. Bad combination. Brought it on himself and the team.

Novak hit one shot and out---Copeland DNP CD. Coach is tight and scared. he wants to iso Carmelo thats it.

I think it's a plan to max games and revenue.

I think Woodson wants a more balanced scoring attack, but when it was clear that it wasn't happening with JR shooting blanks, he stuck with Melo and JR instead of going to the bench.

Good point about Novak, I thought he was hurt. He finally drains his first shot early in a playoff game, then adios. I'd like to hear why.

Novak cant guard ANYONE. This is why he was traded multiple times before being waived.

The entire team sucked on D, we needed some points on the board and more 3s could have resulted in better spacing.

You mean tonight? Novak had back spasms
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

I thought they reported Novak had back spasms and that was why he didn't return.

Oh Please now. Come on we new that Boston would fight back and thier defense is better than our and so is their shooters. Green , Pierce, Garnett, their bench. Who do we have to knock down shots?

Why doesn't the Boston media rip Pierce shooting 6-15 Garnett 5-13 and why didn't they bring up how the savy the veterans are when they played the 1st game in Boston in the series ? Jeff Green and Pierce had 5 T.O a piece in that game.

It's more pressure playing at home when the visiting team play hard and smart like the knicks did in game 3 in Boston. Play Pablo Prigioni big minutes and we win in Boston on friday. The Boston Celtics will have all the pressure on them ON FRIDAY BOOK IT !

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

So now we're suddenly going to adjust playoff coaching to fit the moment? The playoffs are business. Woody spends the regular season making friends and getting to know people. Priggs suddenly won't attempt open layups. He's now officially enshrined himself in the Fishlips Melo Pass Fail HOF. If you can't trust a 35 year old rookie to score the ball, who do you trust? Cope with a gimpy shoulder? Novaspasm? J Frickin White? JKidd, who was last seen hittin a big shot in February?

Talking wild azz substitutions and 10 man rotations in the playoffs are for those who honestly think they should be the world's most valuable GM instead of an internet poster.

Thank God Amare is coming to save the day!
