If you add in salaries of course JR is the better player for value but the question is who is the better player..
I am even saying JR is better this year but in terms of talent/potential I think Rudy is better
But JR has just learned to developed it this year and make the big stride
Like I said, Gay has to develop other area's of his game like JR had done this year
Till he does so and JR continues to play at this level, JR will be the better player
But who would u rather have defending Lebron
And that is the potential in Gay...
These are my opinions and if some disagree with it, I am fine with it
Potential does not always have to be full filled but even with drafting a pick, players a picked on potential and their development
Development is a process that takes time and at their ages they still can improve
The result, cannot be determined or predicted either
