1. Be unpredictable more ingame situations, Woodson should ask for that under 2013 Xmas tree Dec. 25 though his job was never in
jeopardy
2. Do not have favorites ... Sure your superstar relationship is private & respected.
But Coach Popo Yells at Timmy Duncan, Tony Parker if he need be,
same as Phil J. did to Jordan/Pippen, Shaq or Kobe during game for TV Land to see.
Woodson ? Its ok to yell at Carmelo about bad shots (hundreds) in front of viewers
Woody need not reserve yelling to Amare OR JR Smith to spare Melo's feelings only cause easiest.
DJ respect that more from Woodson ..needs to be consistent among his best players & worst players.
3. Stop for life of Riley giving ongoing praises to other team, "Mike well ya gotta give other team credit in how they did vs us ! ?"
Its ok to respect other team but being too nice in league where Knicks are hated even.. by GMs aint winning NYK points.
Woodson shoulda/must learn that already & hasn't.

This season 2012/2013 for nearly half point of non-full season
Woodson did bad job in January and February.
