not sure what walsh had to do with this mess. this was all the doing of carmelo and James dolan.. Walsh from what I can remember was hesitant on this trade because it was too costly. All we got in this trade was Denvers problem.. Yes, carmelo was Denver's problem and they did a masterful job unloading it for max value... They are not 1-2 superstars away from contention, they are in contention now.. I don't get it with this "superstar away" stuff.. they are winning now.. they are one of the best teams in the league.... as a team, they are performing on a superstar level and that is all that matters....

People tend to view up and coming teams as 1 player away until they actually get to the Conf Finals. Knuggets are definitely in contention now.

And what makes felton think he's a shooter he is taking shots like he think he is Wade. I've come to the conclusion that it is nothing we can really do. We are stuck. Well Melo you took the money and so did Amare and so did Chandler and Novak I'm not saying you should not have but if you really want a ring in todays NBA since the LeBron, Wade and Bosh deal you will have to sacrifice point blank. Our only hope is to go way over the cape for two season and pray that Amare comes back.

and blame JR smith all you want.. I honestly don't like him at all, but the guy seems to play with more heart than carmelo and he actually does give more effort on defense.. and truth be told, He probably is responsible for more wins this year than carmelo..

Yep. Also, Denver wasn't not trading Anthony at the deadline so that they could get nothing for him and he could walk like LBJ and Bosh. Anthony wanted a new deal before the owners locked out the players and 'reigned in' free agency. If Anthony wasn't traded to the KNicks he goes somewhere else at the deadline, probably the Nets. Also, waiting and walking as a free agent would have cost Anthony 25 million dollars. The Nuggets and Anhtony were very motivated to move him at the deadline.

then shame forever on dolan for shoving walsh aside and making the trade. we were in the driver's seat. let melo go to brooklyn or let him twist in the wind. anything but this steaming pile we have to endure.
