Next year we need to fill in all spots with players that can score so Woodson doesnt have to think about it.

I would try to trade Novak for Fredette and Patterson. Sign Casppi and Dejuan Blair or athletic big. Draft a pg and call it a day.

A selfish ME first star and stubborn coach who doesn't get it are the two horses that are supposed to get us to championship contention. It's pretty sad sad actually.
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

Id love to have Patterson. He has proven to be a guy who can hit shots--very very under rated already. Adding Patterson and Blair would be awesome. It wouldnt give us length--but it would give us a lot of under valued talent.

Chandler
Amare
Patterson
Blair
Camby

that would be nice upfront. They certainly could use a guy who can create space for Cousins Thompson Evans

Knicks had one year where they finished over .500 after JVG prior to Woodson's tenure. The glory year of 2010 when they were 2 games over. Woodson took over last year and saved the season, guided the Knicks to the playoffs and kept the Rockets from getting what surely looked like a lottery pick from the Knicks. If you are longing for the 90's I get that but this Knicks team is the most successful in 13 years. If their being successful makes you sad I am not sure what that says about you.

Exactly, I think the best way to rebuild the Knicks is find young talent on bad teams that are forced into bigger roles than they should be in early or players that have not taken that next step.

I like Novak and he is an excellent 3 ball shooter but I rather have 2 pretty good players that can shoot 3s. Also, having pretty good shooters that can also do other things help as well.
