Players don't just go from effective to complete trash in 2 months. I really think there is are some major flaws with this coaching staff. I understand 1 or 2 guys going through a rough stretch but a whole team? 14-14 in the last 28 games?

Which one is it?
18-5 =23games
14-14 =28games
