there not getting a whole lot from there #2 overall pick DERRICK WILLIAMS
And? Why would they trade a 24 year old rotational player for a 28 year old bench warmer? What does Copeland do that would make any team willing to give up something of value for him?
Score (29th) something they lack in..kirlenko, dante cunnigham, derrick williams, those are the fwds until Love gets back..
I would start copeland before any of those 3, Derrick williams is Invisible on the court..I'm not ready to call him a bust, but he's definitely not the 2nd best player out of his draft class by far..
Anyone who would start Copeland over Kirilenko has no idea what they're talking about. Kirilenko has been one of the better forwards in the league his entire career and one of the top defensive forwards. This season he's putting up 13.6 ppg, 6.7 reb, 3.1 ast, 1.2 blk, and 1.5 stl while shooting 51.5% from the field.
yes he is a solid defender and a starter on most teams, but the twolves can't score, the avg 94ppg.
The twolves have been just stock piling young talent, it's like the UN over there, as a matter of fact, they are the only team in THE NBA does not have one black starter and believe this is not a race thing, it just weird
minny has the most diverse roster in the nba, it should be celebrated
No one wants to celebrate losing season after losing seaosn..they need to make sense with what there trying to do, Love is already getting fustrated
they're the type of team that is one move away from challenging,
LOADED with talent, one smart move can put them in contention, they have a HUGE asset in Love,
FLIP IT, KAHN!!! MAKE A MOVE!!!
yea, sometimes it takes patience.. a few years of losing and the right move can lead to years of contention.. they have picks and pieces to move... derrick williams, heck, even love can be dangled.. who knows..... once rubio gets his legs back, you have a very nice piece of the puzzle already in place..
