Kobe has spent this entire season stamping his footprints on this team, forget winning, he made it a mission to maintain his place as the Big Kahuna. His Big Kahuna status trumps the team, and that's why they are losing.
It's Dwight's place to assume leadership in LA but Kobe is hanging on like a woman, so Dwight will leave,
