I fast all the time, Bonn!! I go on one 40 hour fast every two weeks and I almost always skip breakfast and often go without lunch.
It's called 'intermittent fasting', has a TON of benefits, check it out and give it a shot, man,
Fasting is not so crazy as many people think,
Your body doesn't suddenly start rotting away if you go without food for a day or two,
We're designed to go right up around 40 hours without food with no problem,
I like to lift weights in a fasted state, always lift better,
