Smart move by Woody starting Camby. Now if only there was something the Knicks could do about Kidd guarding Parker...

Smart thing to do would be to copy the Thunder blueprint of beating them. Double or trap Parker at the halfcourt line, getting the ball out of his hands, mucking up their PnR sets, and killing some seconds of the shot clock forcing them into more 1 on 1 on the perimeter.

That has to be the starting 5. If Brewer starts, the Spurs will just double Melo and force everyone else to brick shots (I still have faith that Kidd will get his shot back tonight though).

Willing to beat money Smith won't start. Not with Felton and Shump right around the corner. Not worth messing with what is working. JR off the bench works

Regardless, only Melo and Felton earn more playing time when compared to J.R Smith. Stop acting like he's a "bench player" for us. He's getting starters minutes might as well give him the start over Brewer.

Who's acting like JR is a "bench player" He is our best scorer. Scoring has not been the problem. Defense has. JR is fine off the bench unless you want him taking more shots from your boy Melo

Not trying to argue, but "my boy"? Wrong. He's the greatest Knick since Patrick Ewing. One of the greatest pure scorers this franchise has ever seen. He's not "my boy". Just ask MSG as they chant MVP. Or better yet, just re-visit Melo's first intro as a Knick. He's loved by Knicks faithful. So, no, he's not "my boy".

On a side note, working until 9:00. Thank god for DVR. By back on around 12:00 for hopefully our 2nd win against the SPURS.

Kidd should be coming off the bench while Felton is out, he does well watching the game and then figuring out what he needs to do .

we get beat bad on defense it 's going to be a real test on woodson's relationship with anthony.
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%
