Howard is a bum...let him stay or go wherever he's going as long as it's not to NYC.

Amar'e was looking like he was getting his athleticism back once he lost the weight, unfortunately he got derailed again by his back playing up. Who knows where he's at now- I'm not going to jump to assumptions he's done forever more.

With Amar'e it was a bulging disc, and he was out for months over the offseason, started moving better in Feb/March, which would make it almost 11 months. However that was without proper rehab due to the lock out. Dwight had a herniated disc (more severe), AND broken bone fragments removed via surgery. It's amazing he was ready to go so quickly- not sure if it was a good idea to rush him, though. I expect him to look sluggish all season, we won't find out til next season whther he's going to get his explosiveness back- fortunately for him he'll get to sign a max contract first.
