I don't see a trend here in 2012-2013 in regards to Melo being injured. The first time he was hurt (missing two games) it was because of a fluke injury in which he dove for a ball cutting his hand and needing stitches. That's already an injury and/or thing of the past. Now, in regards to his ankle being injured? He rolled it. Simple as that. But, you do have a point in regards to the rest of the way Irish. We need Melo to be at 100% when returning. If Melo needs to miss 10 games and the Knicks were to go 0-10 during this stretch? Then so be it, but Melo's health come postseason play is more important than anything today. We need him 100% upon return so like you stated, it won't become a trend upon return.
