My guess is Shump will be brought along slowly and still has a long way to get back.

Did he really? Don't you think that if someone had offered him more than the minimum that we're paying him he would have gone there instead?

Brewer could have received a bigger deal elsewhere. He wanted to come here and I don't think this is going to change next season.

He didn't receive a bigger deal anywhere. Every team willing to spend money on a player like him had already spent it elsewhere or was trying to save money. Miami signed Ray Allen, Boston signed Jason Terry, the Lakers traded for Dwight and Nash, the Clippers signed Jamal Crawford, and OKC was saving money for Harden. It's nothing against us or Brewer, every year there are valuable role players that slip through the cracks and end up signing for less than they're worth. It's how we got JR Smith last season and it'll happen again whenever Kenyon Martin gets signed.

Now the joy of my world is in Zion How beautiful if nothing more Than to wait at Zion's door I've never been in love like this before Now let me pray to keep you from The perils that will surely come
