Sorry for misunderstanding. I didn't mean to imply that he's out for ANOTHER 4 weeks. Just that he's taking forever to get back from what sounds like a minor injury.
Is it just the Knicks PR machine that always downplays every injury and then the players seem to take forever to return from them?

Just more Negative Nancy Knick Fans ready to believe the worst. CALM THE F DOWN!!! It's getting ridiculous how often one of you panics about a Knick injury. This season is about the start and everyone should be hyped up and ready for a big year. Most of our players are healing up and near ready for action. Soon we'll only be waiting for STAT and Shump. Chillax on all this noise already.

exactly the injuries aren't minor. Knicks just have a tendency to prolong their prognosis. Like with Amare coming out now and saying he will miss 4 weeks sounds a lot better than if they came out initially and said it was going to be 8 weeks

You are assuming that every injury return-time can be predicted. Bad assumption.

Good call, nix. So I guess we're just imagining more bad news about Amar'e's knee, now out till December now. Are we still Negative Nancies? Every year you share with us how you have some knowledge that the rest of us don't and the Knicks will excel. Where do you get this inside scoop? I think you should fire him, cuz that info is usually wrong.
Only STAT and Shump? Last I checked those were two starters, by the way.
