what bothers me are the guys getting shot out of cannons or acting like they were hit with a bat, after a simple, and ordinary contact is made... or heck none at all.. look at the gifs above.. what reggie evans and chris bosh along with lebron are doing is absolutely shameful...

C'mon.

Gallo has become the ultimate flopper in the league.

He really has come into his own in this league. If there was a #NBARank for Flopping, he'd be maybe 1b to Manu.

kobe stepped on his foot... usually when that happens... the human body when in motion tends to fall down....

I watched that clip 20 times and even paused it...Kobe didn't step on his foot.

I know you still have an affinity for Gallo, but the evidence is right in front of you, don't pull a replacement ref and feign ignorance!

If you pause it at 4 seconds, you see Kobe is either on or very close to Gallo's foot. The quality of the video isn't high enough to tell which.

1.01 into the video. Gallinari clearly gets hit with a shoulder to the jaw from Gasol.

Well at the 2:00 minute you could clearly see Gasol never touched his face....He did initially clutch his nose then his throat confusing Marv Albert...But you saw his jaw, correct???...Dude flopped again at the 3:13 minute mark...But I'm sure it's legit...

You really don't see a shoulder to the jaw at 2.00? Looks like a solid hit to me. The one at 3.13 you have more of a case, though it's possible Kobe stands on his foot right when the Nuggets #4 gets in the way of the camera shot.

Is anybody really arguing if Gallo is a super flopper?

Should we go back to the Reggie Miller videos and dissect them as well?

We know they are floppers - nothing wrong with that if the refs are dumb enough to buy it. I am glad that they will now crack down on it since we don't own any floppers.

Honestly, I really don't see it...I thought the 2:00 mark was the best look and it wasn't even close I thought...

for an ex-knick he should be given some leeway, dontcha think? he served the cause with honor and passion while he was here before being kicked to the curb, no?

just so we know exactly where your heart is at, howsabout listing all the notorious floppers in the nba?

of course the longer the list the lighter the burden of guilt and the more ridiculous singling him out becomes... especially as an ex-knick.

right?

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

i will go on record right now:

i give stoudemire leeway, chandler leeway, shumpert leeway, kurt leeway, camby leeway, novak leeway, prigoni (unless he proves to be a douche) leeway.

i give no quarter-- zero, zilch, nada-- to melo, smith, kidd, felton. i don't root for punks, knuckleheads, douches, fatties. i would have been okay with kidd here but the drunk driving does not sit well with me.

i am indifferent to brewer.

was gallo a punk or knucklehead or douche or fattie while a knick?

The only player I ever hated in your list is Kidd. Kidd killed the Knicks and made the Nets good. Hated him. I am excited to read that he has taken a leadership role. The dwi is disappointing but I think Kidd has off court demons even at his more advanced age. Not sure why there is hate for Smith, who signed at a tremendous discount to remain a Knick and wanted to be here. I am also not sure why Felton is on your list. The guy is reported to be in great shape. As far as Melo is concerned it seems like he can't catch a break on this forum. He is at fault for owner, gm, and coaching mistakes.

with felton seeing is believing. i know he is a fire hydrant dude but he looked fat to me. point guards need to be the best conditioned players on the floor. his first stint as a knick he was always winded. winded means three things: settling for jumpers, tunnelvision, and making poor decisions with the ball. guilty, guilty, guilty.

smith is just plain stoopid. i don't care how cheap he came. he sucked last postseason. this is your quintessential career can't win, negative-sum player.

i doubt kidd's leadership ability. he has already dug himself a hole with the public and i am pretty sure with teammates. if he doesn't demonstrate that he is willing to earn every penny by playing d and making 3 hustle plays every game at his geriatric stage then what are we talking about? can he still push the ball and dish on a break? can he hit 40%+ from 3?. can he commit 4 hard fouls a night? is he a positive-sum player?

melo? easy: lead "your" team to the ecf and make the series competitive, 6 or 7 games. anything short of that and he should be tarred and feathered.

oh and woodson should be ****-canned if he can't coach this "collection of talent" to a competitive ecf series.

Homers accept and forgive all past regressions to new knicks and all ex knicks are are expelled as the enemy.

Its a strange phenomena.

One thing most can agree with is when you take remove a Starphuch it feels good for everyone. Some just enjoy the initial penetration.

I agree, the only difference and slight difference is kidd.... I used to dislike the guy a lot, but I respect his talent.. but as you said, he came here, signed and then pulled that drunk driving crap, he may have little leeway with me, but I do mean little, very, very little..

smith, carmelo and felton.. no leeway whatsoever..

dk, why even bother.... this is just pure homerism.. attack ex knicks, especially one that a lot of people liked and was involved in a trade for their hero who is getting absolutely killed by the fans, media and heck former players.. LOL.. it is simple, criticize carmelo, they go after gallo.... homerism at it's worst..... call him a flopper, punk, euro trash, it doesn't matter.... he came to the garden and stuck it to carmelo and the knicks....and on top of that, his team has been better since the trade.... so all of this sillyness about him being a flopper is really a last grasp by the homers.. as sad as it may seem, they will keep grabbing and reaching at whatever they can.. that is what people do when they are drowning....

gallo is a good kid and teamate and most of all loved and wanted to play in NY..... and he didn't run a coach or a popular player out of town...
