Nalod, I think you owe me some kudos for this one.
Dave Hopla has them shooting lights phucking out! Tyson Chandler shooting jumpers?!!?!? Ronnie Brewer shooting 3/4 from downtown with a phucked up retarded arm??!!?!?
Somewhere, Kenny Atkison is scrubbing the yellow off Jeff Teague's jock strap...
Big Kudo's? Did you make the decision to hire him?
You hype everything so after a 3 game winning streak your ready for me to prolaim you some genious who saw the light before anyone else? YOu Poop on most Ex-coaches and ex players as well.
This is not about who is right or wrong, or "Gotcha" moments. ITs about the games.
Got 79 games to go.
Lets be clear, you never see me shyt on any coach except when Isiah was at the helm. I like Woodson and Grunwald so if they hire a dude thats good. Im not going to **** on Atkinson. He did a good job and is well thought of. Hopla doing a good job.
I give guys like Briggs credit because he sticks his neck out. He's not right all the time but thats impossible. Your usually giddy and love the moves made. Are you on record anywhere saying that we should hire this guy BEFORE he was hired? Did you have a list of available coaches and decide Hopla was a good choice?
You happy and enjoying yourself? Good for you! You have some fan attachment that your part of the decisions made? Nope.
Dam, so sensitive Nalod.
Cheering and promoting a team's positive move by getting rid of coaches of failed regime's and you can't take it.
I am indeed happy. Best start in 13 years will do that. All is not doom and gloom like some predicted. Some of these fairweather fans projected other local teams to be valid contenders before our own franchise out of pure ****amamie bullshyt.
Joe Johnson LOL. Deron Williams LOL. I won't even mention the others...The Barclays center is that-a-way...
Stop telling those who don't circle jerk to your tune the way to the Barclays center. Be happy but why do it on back of others?
I watched the games, enjoyed the hell out of it. What else do you want? You feel vindicated over 3 games in some rightous faithful quest? Awesome dude!
So happens if we lose a few? Same old "Yeah but better than MDA and gallo"...blah blah??
Enjoy the games! Go knicks, Phuch Dolan until we win a 'Chip!
Hahaha, all offseason, it's Barclays this, Brooklyn looks good, articles about Brook Lopez being a top big man, Oh look at the Nets backcourt, hmm maybe I'll tune into the Nets instead, Dolan SUCKS he's too little, Prokhorov is dreamy blah blah blah blah blah
Now you want to get defensive because the Nyets look like they may shyt the bed?
I know the Knicks won't remain undefeated, that's a given. They may have rough patches, of course, especially incorporating Amare back into the lineup, and juggling minutes once Shumpert comes back.
But spare me the act, you were deriding and criticizing transaction after transaction, like Dolan was some mad puppeteer. OH LIN, they phucked up! OH why is Grunwald hiding in the closet like a scared puss. Oh, Melo, he doesn't make anything better but his fat tummy! Dolan this, Dolan that....come on Man.
I know you created your handle "Nalod" for the rough years in the 2000s, but let it go.
I don't know if it's your posting style or your general outlook on things, but everything is "Glass Half Full". It's like you're waiting for the other shoe to drop every single time.
I don't love every single move, in fact, I initially questioned the Sheed move since I thought Kmart or someone else younger could fill that role. Now that he's actually showing he has some game left, I'm a full-fledged Need for Sheed fan. If that makes me a homer, so be it.
You can hate Dolan until kingdom come, I do too. But so far this Knicks team is representing this city and representing for the long suffering fans. The goal by the coach is to be the #1 Defensive team in the league. So far they are proving it, not just speaking it. The Knicks had a brutal schedule opening against all playoff teams. They've beat them handily.
Of course the ultimate goal is a Championship, which Knicks fans are all starved for. That won't come in Game 3 or 4. Can we just put the pessimism aside and enjoy the journey, then crucify them later in May or June if they fail? I know, won't happen in this forum, but a Knick fan can dream...
