I don't know what "TMZ" is (and don't care to google it), but I do so hope to be published one day soon. I'm writing the definitive work on the benefits of starphucquing, player-run leagues, hazard insurance in foreign countries, and why we really need to bring back the ABA.

I'm actually more concerned with the never ending connection between you and ChuckBuck. Will we be reading about it in the "announcements section" of the Star Ledger anytime soon?

You may not like Marbury for various reasons, but if you just take his statements at face value, it is hard to argue with them.

Rose is not the answer.

I never liked MDA but I always believe that, and I'm sure that I am in the minority here, if he would have tried to work with Marbury, the Knicks would have been much more successful and they would BOTH still be here.

I agree with you big time, that to me was the worst decision MDA had made in his entire knick career..

You'll notice, knickstorrents, that with the possible exception of the loss of Bermanbury coverage, each of my stated precepts regarding Mr. Greasy Marbles are not at all "unrelated beliefs of the person".

If a lunatic child molester presented himself to you in a straight jacket while drooling at the sight of any passing kids and stated that he held the keys to sane living, are you going to give any credence to his statements? Are you going to really waste time taking notes and balancing the possibility of any value he may have on the subject?

My statements on Marbury are not ad hominem attacks. They're simply showing that he has little to no credibility on the subject he's elaborating on. End of story.

Marbles is nuts. He has proven himself.

Marbles can make a statement of truth.

Marbles says the sky is up and ground below his feet is a statement of truth even if from his vaseline lubricated wind pipe.

MDA was correct to exile him. He was not part of the future nor contributing to the effort. His play in Boston confirmed his decline and he was trying to gain a contract. When a shoot first penetrating guard loses a step and never evolved his fundamentals or court vision thats what happens. He was a max player and his play declined but he did not digest that reality. The entitlements go away fast.

"He [Stat] can't play in the half court where everything's slowed down," Marbury told ESPN New York during a brief interview in Manhattan on Wednesday.

When asked if he thought Anthony and Stoudemire could flourish together, Marbury said flatly, "Nope."

In addition to his thoughts on Stoudemire, Marbury also questioned the Knicks' motivation in obtaining Anthony. New York executed a three-team blockbuster deal to bring Anthony in from Denver in February 2011.

"I don't know if (Knicks owner James) Dolan brought him in to win games or to make money," Marbury said. "I think it was to make money."

These are not statements of truth. They are opinions/thoughts/musings by someone who admittedly has a skewed view of even his own reality.

The "even a broken clock is right twice a day" logic fails in this instance. We are not asking about the color or location of the sky, or even the potentiality of Vaseline as a vitamin substitute or the benefits of living with a statue of yourself part time in a communist country.

These are questions regarding basketball realities in the NBA. Let the nuts be questioned on things requiring that particular skill set.

Like all us geniuses on this board...

I think I just lost this argument.

He thinks Dolan got Melo to make money.

Dolan rolled over Walsh to get Melo.

What do we have a 100 game sample so far?

Its has yet to show Marbles is wrong. MDA could not get it to work. Now its Woodsons turn.

If Marbles is wrong, then the Knicks succeed.

Question:

Do you like the trade for Melo?

Nalod: Nope.

Do you think Melo is an allstar and do you like him?

Nalod: Not a fan of premature youtube punk poser Nugget Melo, but he is growing up and is a very good talent. I don't dislike him, just not sure he was a good fit for the price.

Do you think Gallo is a better player.

Nalod: No, of course not.

Wilson:

Nalod, No, of course not.

Do you think Moz is a starter?

Nalod: Nope, but a good 15-20 min back up on a solid deep team.

Felton?

Nalod: the same, good backup on a good team!

Think Amare and Melo add up to a successful formula?

Nalod:Have not seen it yet.

Melo a good basketball move?

Nalod: No, Deron for a smaller price could have been more balanced.

What do you want to see?

Nalod: I want to see it work. I hope it does.

You a Net Fan?

Nalod: They number two. I follow other teams but my heart is with the knicks!

How can you do that?

Nalod: its not rocket science.

You said two years ago it would be a big deal and the buzz would be big!

Nalod: Its not rocket science. Only kNick homers could not see it.

Favortite starphuch?

Nalod: Dice! He was a monster. He was healthy in our preseason! it was a pretty good plan. It failed.

Worst starphuch?

Nalod: Marbury/Isiah! It was a big headline and got the garden buzzing. Dolan is like a bong, he can produce a buzz but it does not last.

Prediction for this season?

Nalod: I think I said 52 wins.

What about the playoffs, is a good regular season worthless if we don't go second round in playoffs?

Nalod: Playoffs are a tournament and it depends on the match up. PHilly at 8 seed got no. 1 seed Bulls and luck have it Rose goes down and Philly plays good ball again. Does that validate Phillys season? No. So lets see how the season goes and how the match up is. We go in as a 2 or three seed and lose, it will suck.

Miss Marbury?

Nalod: I miss the drama, it was fun! Isiah and marbury fighting is kind of ironic. The guy who tries to redeem his career he bites back on. Its the Scorpion and Turtle. Its his "Nature"!

Just sayin.

Posts like the last two above. No Alba tournament.
Connection?

This is what happens when there is no Alba tournament.

If the above is disturbing, perhaps on a subliminal level you are finding pleasure, then perhaps the inner conflict is coming up to the surface and you can be released from your supression.

Of course, not that there would be anything wrong with that!

One day the UK will ask a poll: "are there any openly gay UK knick fans here?"

Until then you can be disturbed by what pleases you.

I find disturbing things disturbing. I find pleasurable things pleasurable.

Sandpacking <--- disturbing ................. Eating vomit or feces <--- disturbing

Alba tournery <--- pleasurable ............... Great butt thread <--- pleasurable

See the simplicity? No conflicts, no nagging suppression. Just pure reality.

Try and leave the morbid, liberal psychobabble behind (so to speak) and let life be what it actually is. Marx is still dead. God is still alive. So much for opiate of the masses. Embrace the reality of your inner soul and spirit.

You'll find it's truly freeing, and the entitlement/victim mentality that's been ingrained in your psyche would better serve you if you had left it behind in the dorm room with that broken mini frig.

If you and Chuckbuck have a thing, live with it. Just not on the board for all to see. It's just...disturbing.

The openly N*yets fan poll was more than enough openess for me in one lifetime.
Not that there's anything wrong with being a N*yets fan on a Knicks board, you understand.

Oh, and Mike Newlin says hi!

Funny!

KNICKS GET NETS' NEWLIN FOR WOODSON

[ DISPLAYING ABSTRACT ]

The Knicks went into yesterday's draft of college players without a first-round choice and thus with little hope of acquiring the truly dominant power forward they have long sought. But they did have a new shooting guard. About 40 minutes before the Dallas Mavericks made Mark Aguirre of De Paul the first choice in the draft, New York got Mike Newlin from the New Jersey Nets for Mike Woodson, a swing man from Indiana who was the Knicks' top choice last year. ''We were just calling around,'' said Eddie Donovan, New York's general manager, ''and suddenly we had a trade. The whole thing took about 15 minutes.''

mike newlin wasn't a bad player.. just couldn't defend his own shadow..

Good idea. I suppose its a bit more challanging than you thought.

Reason?

I don't take myself too seriously so when you try to stalk me you look silly.

IM sure traffic will pick up and you'll have some fresh posters to stalk.

Critiera is tough as your more align witht he homers so you have to find a Hater which are the minority around here.

TKF would exhaust you. Bonnie has way too many posts so he'll see you coming a mile away.

More aligned???? MORE aligned???? Nalodian understatement?

Hmmmmm, if those are the only choices, I'd probably be better off inventing the practice of self-stalking.
