And thus far Gallo has held his own and/or OWNED..... stats and "eye test" don't lie.

Ha...one game...Gallo got his rocks off against the Knicks and managed to average 15 pts for the entire season....No doubt this next game will have a little more meaning...

he owned the knicks, better yet, he took a dump on carmelo... that was gold right there.....

until he get's out of the 1st round, he should stfu and worry about his team.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

Ha...one game...Gallo got his rocks off against the Knicks and managed to average 15 pts for the entire season....No doubt this next game will have a little more meaning...

looking at the box score, carmelo had the damn nerve to take 30 shots.. the clown shot 10-30, while amare just managed to get 9 shots.... this dude is not only full of himself, but he doesn't care about his teamates at all..

BTW, moz clearly outplayed chandler as well, especially if you look from a statistical standpoint..

fields also had a very solid game.....

maybe if someone wasn't jacking up 30 shots some of those could have been re-directed to guys who were actually hitting shots..

Don't forget his 6 turnovers too. He had something to prove and hit an off game I guess. But then you ****ing finds other ways to contribute other than wasting a total of 26 possessions.

That second box score is amazing though - Winning a game with the starting line up consisting of

Pg: DWTDD
Sg: Billie Walker
F: Gallo
F: T-Mac
F/"C": David Movaphuckin LEE

yea, that second box was crazy, kind of reminds me of the ways we were winning with lin, jeffries, novak and walker in the lineup.... for some reason, those types of gutty performances with guys giving their all is much more exciting to follow and easier to root for....

notice that game, nene got 6 shots I think.. LOL.. 6... Jeez, I know it has to be a drag playing with that guy..

And Al Harrington challenging Melo for who's "The Biggest and Blackest hole" - A Duel for the Ages

Melo dropping fiddy on the Great Gallo....

fail.. dude gallo played all of 18 min.... what I did notice is that Al harrington gave the nuggs the bizz with 41 points.. it still took 50 points from the pumpkin head chucker and 32 points from billups to barely beat that knicks team.....

just face it man, gallo was right, you can hate that he said that all day, but he is 100% correct... after walsh was run out for not wanting to pull the trigger on that ridiculous trade, the hyena's came and took over the kingdom.. somewhere I hope there is a young "simba" coming here to rescue us from this mess...

Man I'm so tired of all the internet chatter...I can't wait for the season to start..All these chumps who found a soap box once they left NY can now put up...I cant wait for all these games..Lin, Gallo, Indy with Walsh, Miami, Net loving fans, Whatever city MDA is in, Larry Brown, Toronto and Landry etc, Can't wait...I'm working out myself for these games..

This coming from a fan of a Team with a player who has only been out of the first round once(under the same skitzo coach referred to earlier in the thread) heralded as Lebron like by fan boys, best "PURE SCORER"(when he's not) of the nba, referring to himself as the leader(which he isn't) of the Knicks and that he feels it's his time(to be determined)

Melo should zip it until the end results prove he's a leader and that it is truly his time and if he can do it in a team environment lead the NBA in scoring for once in his life. Make an ALL NBA First Team at least once. SHEESH...Hella Overrated if I ever saw one

To Melo's defense, he has always had LeBron to compete against for the SF spot on the All NBA First Team.

Actually it's not to be fair because ALL NBA Teams aren't comprised of the best players from each position. You may see multiple forwards and/or guards on 1 team. You simply have to be the BEST or MOST DESERVING to be on the First Team. For whatever reason throughout his ILLUSTRIOUS 10yr career he can't seem to break through(shrugging shoulders as to say nothing gives not what gives...trolol)

But if you want "Woe is me for Melo"...... Amar'e has made more 2nd Teams than him. You know when they both played in the west

If Thomas is rehired the culture of winning is kind of not the point is it?

I did not realize he was injured most of last season.

Its not Gallo Vs. Melo. BUt thats an old issue isn't it.

I guess there is a lot to prove for Gallo this season. The teams have moved on and both seem better for it.

So we can be happy for his success right? I hope the guy becomes a big star. He has worked hard and has a lot of talent.

Now if he is lifting a walter kennedy trophy and the MVP of the finals Dolan will look stupid!

Not that he needs any help from former players!

Back to point, if Dolan rehires Thomas I agree with Gallo. I can never turn my back on the knicks but a Isiah resurrection would take me to the limit. My fear is the Knicks would win with Isiah and im looking stupid!

Not that I need help!

nalod, I am sorry, but that point is still up in the air, I can't say that we are better for it at all.. not at this point..

I think the rosters have moved on too far to do any fair comparisons on paper.

It all gets sorted in the W-L records going forwards as to which franchise got the better direction.

For example they resigned Nene and moved his ass east for Mcgee who resigned for less. If he pans out it has a profound effect on the team. Its not directly related to the trade as perhaps Tyson being added to the knicks.

Flame it as you will and IM sure the UKers will take the bait.

Melo should zip it until the end results prove he's a leader and that it is truly his time and if he can do it in a team environment lead the NBA ins coring for once in his life.

You can add STAT to First Team 2006-07.

Which only makes what I'm saying more a sticking point.

Not going to get worked up over a quote that is "loosely translated". Let Gallo talk if he wants. For once I'm excited to have a team that's not talking!

And thus far Gallo has held his own and/or OWNED..... stats and "eye test" don't lie.

Time for the Chipmunk to put the Rooster in his place once and for all time

Ha...one game...Gallo got his rocks off against the Knicks and managed to average 15 pts for the entire season....No doubt this next game will have a little more meaning...

he owned the knicks, better yet, he took a dump on carmelo... that was gold right there.....

until he get's out of the 1st round, he should stfu and worry about his team.

Has Gallo made any of those 1st, 2nd or 3rd teams? Like....EVER? What's his excuse?

Is Gallo over his injuries. Last I heard he had back and shoulder issues and was hoping to be healthy for training camp. He is right about Isiah but he also was here long enough to know that if you say something like that and the NY media gets a hold of it it is going to get spun and taken out context. Once it gets to the UK forum it turns Melo into the anti-Christ.
