MDA is gone and thus no tension between him and Melo.
Felton and Kidd are here so there shouldn't be any issues at the PG spot.
We have Camby behind Tyson which really improves the ability to defend for 48 mins a night.
All the players seem to like Woody and Glen is his best bud, so from top to bottom this team is more unified.

I just don't see the old Knicks are disfunctional issue being in effect this year. For the 1st time in a long while it should be pretty much just about BB. The only thing that could happen is a player doing something stupid off the court, which is always possible.

On a team with JR, Amare, Melo, and Felton, there's plenty possibility for dysfunction.

What about these players indicates a possibility for dysfunction?

Their pasts

YES!

-JR will not Tweet 1 but 2 BIG BUTTS!
-Amare will slip on a bar of soap in the shower and reinjure his back, then in aggravation break his hand slamming his fist into his locker
-Melo will refuse to ISO under Mike Woodson, and stand in the corner hoisting 3s instead!
-Felton after losing his starting job to Kidd will fall into a deep depression, and eat nothing but Shake Shack, Ray's Pizza, and Gray's Papaya!

That about cover it?

Typical lazy journalism from espn. As SC said, the Magic's end of the season and summer has been the epidome of team turmoil. The Bulls franchise player tore up his knee and will miss significant time not to mention the fact that he may not be the same player, add to that their coach has yet to be re-upped. The Knicks are always the fall-back pick, but this team is a far cry from the Isiah/Marbury circus of a few years ago.

IMO This team is set up for a very stable season. With floor leaders like Kidd and Felton who are capable of settling a team down as we've seen recently with Felton and Amar'e. I don't foresee anything of real consequence that would reach a national level of embarrassment, which is what we're really talking about here. We're not talking about Big Butt Tweets here. We're talking about a major issue. With this coach and roster I don't see it happening. MDA was a lot more hands off than Woody, who will demand players act right. Woody has a much more in your face and expectation oriented coaching style. Players know that he won't be happy with any shenanigans.

So, you are just trolling and have nothing concrete nor specific to back up your claim. Not a surprise.

This has been a quite off season for the Knicks with the exception of the Lin fiasco. Haven't heard a peep about any friction on the team. Guess if there's nothing to write about make something up?
